Reservations:

Gilly’s Gateway Transfers will not guarantee availability on any scheduled services unless an advanced booking and or payment has been made.

Internet bookings will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to departure.

Telephone bookings will be accepted up to 4 hours prior to departure if payment is made at the time of booking.

Bookings are recommended to be paid in full to secure  your booking.

All prices include GST. Airport parking, fees and road tolls.

Amendments:

A booking can be changed up to 24 hours prior to your original booking departure time & is subject to seat availability. To change your booking please phone 0477 215 943.

Cancellation:

Cancellation of an existing or no-show’s within 24 hour period of travel, will forfeit full payment.

Cancellations outside 24 hours notice will receive a full refund less a $10 administration fee.

Delays:

Gilly’s Gateway Transfers closely all flight movements to make sure we meet you at your destination on time.

Any unexpected commercial flight cancellations must be made aware to us ASAP to avoid a no-show / 100% cancellation fee.

In the event that your flight is delayed, we will wait as long as we possibly can (this will typically be up to 1 hour) or reschedule for a later time if we are available. Unfortunately, we cannot disrupt the rest of our scheduled bookings for the day due to a delay of an earlier booking.

If your flight is delayed by more than 1 hour we will communicate with you as early as possible so you can organise another form of transport. We will also issue a 70% refund of your trip fare to soften the blow.

Code of Conduct:

Passengers are required to conduct themselves in a manner acceptable to normal community standards. Aggressive or disorderly conduct displayed toward any other passengers or staff will not be tolerated and passengers may be refused entry or required to disembark at any time during transit.

Any costs incurred to the passenger/s as a result of refusal to board or removal during transit will be the sole responsibility of the offending passenger/s.

Conditions of Travel:

All goods carried by passengers, either in the luggage trailer or on board are at the passengers own risk. Gilly’s Gateway Transfers does not accept liability for goods lost, stolen or damaged either during transit or at drop off/pick up locations.

Gilly’s Gateway Transfers will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of delayed departure or arrival times or for delays relating to road, traffic, weather conditions or any other event that would reasonably cause a delay.
