All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a  full refund minus $20 booking fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee and cancellations made less than 24 hrs before the transfer, the full fare will be charged.

Payments must be completed online at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and secure payment gateways.

Gilly’s Gateway is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We strive to provide timely service but cannot guarantee exact arrival times.

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Passengers must behave respectfully. Aggressive or disorderly conduct displayed toward any other passenger or staff will not be tolerated and passengers may be refused entry or required to disembark at any time during transit.

Any cost incurred to the passenger/s as a result of refusal to board or removal during transit will be the sole responsibility of the offending passenger/s.

No food and drinks are permitted during transit ,  except bottled  water. Smoking , alcohol, vaping and e-cigerettes are not permitted in any of our vehicles.
