I was looking for a very last minute car service to transport a staff member who recently had surgery and couldn’t drive and Gilly’s were amazing from start to finish. Quick response and managed to squeeze our booking in at short notice the evening before. They provided a suitable and comfortable car and the driver was professional and friendly, with no hesitation to help with luggage. Found this company in line, prompt and reliable. Got aResponse immediately, accommodated my last minute requests both for me and then my family coming from the Gold Coast to Byron – even though it was the Easter long weekend. Booking process was seamless and easy communication. One of our flights was cancelled the day of travel and Gilly was very helpful rearranging our transfer pick for a completely different airport. The morning had been quite stressful trying to sort new flights etc. so we were very grateful he was able to accommodate our new arrangements. I highly recommend this company on its reliability and professional service. Booked a transport for the airport at 6.30am on Christmas day, and again when I returned back. On both occasions the driver was prompt and arrived on time. The car itself was immaculate, and the driver (Garry) was very helpful with my suitcases.
